FORFEIT FEE POLICY UPDATE FOR SPRING 2023
Forfeiting a game, at any time, is unacceptable. But if a game is forfeited, then the forfeiting team is responsible for the total referee’s fees (4v4=$24, 7v7=$38, and 9v9=$110) plus a $50 admin fee – unless the league director is notified within 48 hours of kick-off. The fee must be paid before the next scheduled game or within 72 hours. Payment will be made by credit card on file.
Elite League – Summer Friendlies 2023
June 3rd - July 22nd, 2023
No Games on June 17th, for SMC's Texas Gold Cup
and July 1st, for Fourth of July Weekend
The Elite League Friendlies league will have four (4) divisions of six (6) teams each for the 4v4 and 7v7 playing format for all players born 2017-2014. There will be two (2) divisions of gold and two (2) divisions of silver for each playing format. All COED games will play on Saturday only, starting at 9:00 am ending by 1:00 pm with no games playing on June 17th. There will not be any reschedules or conflicts accepted in this league. All players will need to sign a wavier before taking the pitch and all waivers will need to be on-hand for each match.
The teams will pay the referees in cash the exact amount as Elite League fees. The referee assignor will be Elizabeth Clark and the director and scheduler will be Nicole James.
