This November event located in Plano, TX will feature teams from Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This event is unique as it hosts U7-U14 championship brackets (3 games + Final) and U15-U19 Showcase brackets (3 games, no Final). U15-U19 Showcase brackets will have all games filmed and provided to each team!

The Lonestar Legacy Cup & Showcase welcomes you to this year’s event. All games will be played on November 11-12 in Plano, TX. All U15-U19 Showcase bracket games will be filmed and access will given to all registered College Coaches. Tournament FAQs

What is the Tournament Refund Policy?

TOURNAMENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

After a team is accepted, then no refunds will be issued, exceptions are as follows:

CANNOT FORM A BRACKET FOR YOUR TEAM

If the tournament cannot provide a bracket for your team to participate, then you will receive a full refund. An example of this would be if the tournament does not have enough teams to fill your age group.

WEATHER

In the event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of all or part of the tournament, teams will have the option to receive a credit or refund of a percentage of their paid entry fee. This credit is to be used in future SMC soccer tournaments (within one year), and will be given in the following increments:

No games played = 75% credit or 50% refund
One game played = 50% credit or 25% refund
Two games played = 25% credit only

COVID-19

In the event that Covid-19 forces the cancellation of the tournament, teams will have the option to receive a credit or refund of a percentage of their paid entry fee. This credit is to be used in future SMC soccer tournaments (within one year), and will be given in the following increments:

100% credit or 75% refund

In the event that your team has to withdraw from the event due to Covid-19, teams will receive the following:

100% credit to a future SMC event

NOT RECEIVING GUARANTEED 3 GAMES

In the event that your team does not receive 3 games due to a team forfeiting or dropping out, teams will receive the following:

One game played = 75% credit or 50% refund
Two games played = 50% credit or 25% refund

* Please note that if one of your games is canceled however you still play 3 games, then no refund/credit will be given.

If the event is canceled due to any other reasons not stated above, the tournament committee will meet to go over all expenses to determine the amount of refund/credit that will be given to teams.

How much does it cost to play?

U7-U8 (4v4): $325 before 9/1, $375 after 9/1

U8-U10 (7v7): $490 before 9/1, $540 after 9/1

U10-U12 (9v9): $590 before 9/11, $640 after 9/1

U12-U14 (11v11): $650 before 9/1, $700 after 9/11

U15-U19 (11v11): $1,025 before 9/1, $1,075 after 9/1

When is the deadline to register?

The early Bird Registration deadline is SEPTEMBER 1.

The registration deadline is OCTOBER 15.

Do I have to pay right when I register?

No, you do not have to pay right when you register. At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay by credit card or pay by check. If you need time to collect money from your parents, choose to pay by check to reserve your spot and pay later. All payments must be completed by OCTOBER 15 to ensure your spot in this event.

Brackets will be released on OCTOBER 26. Schedules will be released on NOVEMBER 1.

How does team check-in work?

Team check-in is completed ONLINE. The deadline to complete online check-in is NOVEMBER 3.
